Jessica Morgan-Beale F.I.S.T.D
Jessica initially trained at Tiffany Stage Academy and then at Performers College graduating in 2005 with a Trinity National Diploma in Dance and also her ISTD Associate in Modern Theatre and FDI in Tap.
Jessica immediately knew that a teaching career was what she wanted to pursue. Jessica now holds Fellowship status with both the ISTD Modern Theatre and Tap faculties.
Jessica is on both the Grades and Advanced 1 teaching team for the Modern Theatre faculty and has lectured at both Spring and Summer programmes. She has also conducted classes at both the heats and finals of the Modern Theatre Faculty’s prestigious Janet Cram Awards.

Jessica is the ISTD Regional Representative for the East-Essex area and hosts courses within the region, as well as being an advocate for the ISTD.
Jessica’s aim is to inspire all students and teachers that she works with, and to share her passion for dance and the ISTD syllabi.

Katie Lawrance
(BA Hons F.I.S.T.D TAP)
Katie has 21 years’ experience in the dance education sector, teaching and entering students for ISTD exams both in college settings and in private dance schools. After gaining a BA Hons degree in German at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, she re-trained as a dance teacher under the guidance of Penny Meekings, gaining her Certificates in Dance Education in Imperial Ballet, Tap, Modern Theatre and National. She ran her own dance school in Bedfordshire for many years alongside freelance work teaching ISTD Tap and Modern at various schools and colleges across the country. Katie has taught across the wide variety of age groups and genres and holds Fellowship status in Tap Dance. Katie is an established approved tutor for the DDE qualification, specialising in providing tuition in the contextual studies and teaching practice units. Katie is passionate about both dance and education, and endeavours to inspire new dance teachers to develop their zest for learning and teaching, both through the DDE qualification and into their careers beyond.

Aaron Lissimore
(F.I.S.T.D TAP, DIP. DANCE PEDAGOGY, AIDTA, RAD RTS,
TAP TEACHING TEAM)
Aaron Lissimore trained locally in Essex. Whilst training he was a multiple winner of the Janet Cram, Marjorie Davies Star Tap, Imperial Ballet Awards and was a recipient of the ISTD Dancer of the Year award. Aaron’s professional career included international tours of 42nd Street, Spirit of the Dance & Essence of Ireland. He has also worked as choreographer and dance director for Fire of Dance, The West End Experience, Duo Pantomimes & Thursford Spectacular. Aaron is artistic director of both The Company Performing Arts and AJL Theatrical LTD. He has completed his ISTD Fellowship and Level 6 Diploma in Dance Pedagogy with a specialism in Tap Dance. Aaron also holds qualifications with the RAD and IDTA. He is proud to be a lecturer for the ISTD delivering courses across the UK. Recently Aaron has been invited to create new syllabus content for the ISTD Tap faculty for Grade 6 and revised Advanced One.
